I always go for the steak pudding here, it's great to find one without the usual kidney in it, and theirs is full of proper meat and very reasonably priced to boot. The way the chips are cooked here works for me too. Service is very quick, but then I tend to visit when it's quiet towards the end of... More

Have been to Harrowside Chip Shop on several occasions and have never been disappointed. I recommend eating in that way the food is at its prime best. The staff have always been friendly nothing too much trouble .The good sign is they are always busy. Yes I will be bac again and again.

Without doubt, the best chippy in Blackpool. However, placed a order to be collected. Arrived at agreed time to collect and they hadn't started cooking, so, ordering a few hours in advance, for a special occasion, was pointless. That said, they admitted they had made a mistake and were apologetic, and it doesn't take away from the fact that they... More

We just had a very nice lunch here with nice hot plates and very good fish and chips! Small cod and chips with peas and bread and butter and a cup of tea for £5!! Great deal with friendly staff and clean restaurant.

Returned to this restaurant for the 3rd. year running. Excellent as ever. Good idea is the three sizes of portions - small, medium or large. This applies to chips and fish so you can mix and match. All cooked fresh. Reasonable price too.

Very nice meal indeed. If I'm objectively critical, the chips are a bit pale and a little too dry for me, but it wouldn't stop me from going again as they are still better than most in Blackpool

My self and family have been coming to this cafe for many years when visiting Blackpool. Its is child friendly. The staff are very welcoming. The fish & chips are lovely in fact you can buy a meal for adult bread & butter drink and fish, chips and peas for £6.00.
