We dined at the Highlanders tonight as we were regular visitors. Food used to be fab, now very extremely disappointing. Fish soggy chips not cooked well. Steak and ale pie lacked tasted, basic and salty to say homemade, mash bland, wont be back,!!

Pub come eatery with a wide range of beers, ciders and spirits and a lovely menu to choose from. Place makes you feel relaxed and is somewhat homely. Stayed here for a few days and it's a lovely little place to stay. The rooms were great for a family with a great sea view. All the staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. The breakfast were amazing and I could Bearley finish them and the evening meals were very good to. Will definitely return again... More

We have eaten her a couple of times during our Illumination breaks in Blackpool and it is a lovely welcoming family pub, prefect for a rest after a walk through the illuminations :) The menu didnt seem quite as good as it was a couple of years ago but overall it was a nice meal and we love the veranda... Up for the illuminations and decided to grab a bite to eat, so glad we choose the Highlands pub. Really good homemade food (can recommend the lasagna), reasonably priced with a nice atmosphere and dog friendly too. Would definitely recommend.

Met friends here, never been before. Nice atmosphere and reasonable prices. Unfortunately no food available when we went due to technical problem in the kitchen. Staff friendly & helpful, had a great evening!

Thank Sharon H
