Been before, just for drinks, but yesterday tried their pizzas for the first time, and were not disappointed. Had one hot and spicy, one duck and onion, both delicious. The beers and ciders were excellent, as always, and the staff friendly and helpful. CAMRA discount, too!

Great little rustic type pub that sells good real ales at a reasonable price. Really homely atmosphere with cheerful staff. The food menu needs extending and the toilets could do with an upgrade.

This was a real find. We were looking for somewhere that sold real ale and didn't have music too load and this place fitted the bill. Great choice of real ales. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Not far from the tower!

the real ales served here are some of the best kept in town----great choice and also real ciders( boxed ) which can be a little on the strong side but full of flavour---all this combined with a great atmosphere makes for a proper pub night--one downside---toilets need a bit of attention.

This is the second time we have been to this pub. It was a very cold and rainy day. As we walked in was lovely and warm. The staff was so friendly and helpful. My husband is really fussy on his real ale, but had quite a few pints. They do food but only Pizza's which we didn't have at... More

Went here with 2 of our friends that are real ale drinkers, whilst we are lager drinkers! Its a great pub for both- really good selection of ales but has decent bottled & draught lager. Does wood burning pizzas which were great. Really friendly bar staff too. Pool table is pretty awful though!

Good choice of cask ales, good choice of ciders (boxed), would recommend "No Brainer". The guy running it was attentive, helpful and knowledgable on the beers and ciders he was offering. Comfortable enough, not far from attractions. The only thing I would say is, the cleaner needs to look up when cleaning the toilets.

Ignore previous review when hubby and I popped in we were given a warm welcome and that included the woofy. The bar was quiet when we went again staff were very friendly and helpful. We both had pizza one vegetarian and on pepperoni both very tasty and good value £10 for 2. Pub has a great look I loved the... More

Nice pub with a good selection of real ales - treatment of bar staff to customers can be awful with brusque treatment showing an uncaring/rude attitude. Definitely would not recommend to anyone and I certainly will not be going back.

Got to be the best bar/pub in Blackpool bar none. The quirky "real traditional pub" decor is hard to match. It's evidently been like this a while which really gives it a proper pub feel......helped by the lovely open fire. Beer wise, there's something for everyone. They have carling, carlsberg etc for those fond of the generic brands. However, if... More
