This is the place to go for beautiful food, excellent prices and friendly staff.The homemade quiches and cakes are to die for.You will not be disappointed.

We visited here yesterday afternoon for a coffee and were warmly welcomed by the staff. Had a cup of tea & berry smoothie (delicious) sat in the sun. Will definitely return next time we are in the area.

What a fantastic gem of a place. Full english breakfast made with local sausages and lovely bacon fresh mushrooms beans and toast. All for less then £6. Brilliant. We shall be back.

Hi there! We do have a few choices for vegans - we serve things like crumpets, tea cakes & toast for breakfast. We are able to rustle up a salad sandwich and we usually keep a pot of hummus to help give it a little more... More

Fresher's Cafe is the first & friendliest cafe in Ambleside. We serve excellent coffee, teas, cold drinks, light bites & homemade cakes. Feel free to eat-in or take-away - If you choose to stay we have both indoor & outdoor seating. If the weather is nice you can relax in the suntrap outdoor courtyard. There is some limited free customer parking just past the shop. Good dogs welcome!
