Nicely appointed interior. Very classical, quintessential tea room. Service was friendly and fast. Piece of chocolate cake I ordered was huge ! Icing between the layer was too sweet for my tastes, and the cake was too dry, so I was a bit disappointed with...More

A very traditional tearoom. Lovely atmosphere, great service and the best cheese scones we've ever tasted. They were also huge! Would definitely go back.

A lovely place. Lovely food. Had the scrambled egg and salmon which was delicious and came with a big chunk of bread and better. A gorgeous tearoom with nice staff.

A traditional English tearoom evoking memories of a bygone age. Located in the centre of Canterbury and next to the main shopping precinct, it is all too easy to drop in after a few hours shopping. The table service and decor completed the gentle atmosphere....More

We hope to see you soon so you may decide for yourself! Quintessential English tearoom set in an historic 400 year old haunted building beautifully decorated with 1930's inspired settings and chandeliers. A quiet luxurious oasis in the heart of bustling Canterbury. We do not take bookings, so just turn up and we will accommodate you. Please be aware that last admission is usually 15-20 minutes before closing.
