This place was extremely popular, and it is easy to see why. We had to wait a minute or two to be shown to a table, but there is plenty of movement in here and people did not have to wait long. There are two or three floors each with cosy little tables served by attentive and professional staff. We... More

Treated my Nan Debbie M to afternoon tea here and she was glues to her wheelchair in shock at the solar prices. A welcoming place but shocking value for money.Too astronomical for my pocket and will head for a greasy spoon café next time.

I had coffee and cake in this lovely restaurant/cafe that is full of warmth and nostalgia. My wife had tea and scones that were equally good. Service with a smile and great value. A very pleasant break from all the shopping.

I would have liked to have given a very good rating to this tea-room, as the ambiance and traditional furnishings are delightful and the young ladies polite and friendly. However, it was only mid-afternoon when we visited and I wanted to try the signature Tiny Tim's scone. I was most disappointed to hear they had sold out - surely as... More

Food at tiny tims was very expensive, I had a ploughman's and all I got was a pile of salad with a chunk of cheese, small pot of chutney and colslaw, and a large piece of bread, and was charged almost £10 plus 12 % service charge

I met some friends here for tea and cake on a Saturday. It felt quite cramped, as though they're trying to cram too many tables in. The staff were friendly and helpful and things arrived quite quickly. One disappointing aspect was that there was no gluten free food. When we asked for something gluten free, we were offered a slice... More

The scones are huge, quite how you could eat a whole cream tea is beyond me, the teas are lovely and well worth the money, however there were no cheese scones at 1.30 on a Saturday and seemingly no desire to bake anymore. The building is lovely too and it is worth a visit but let down by the cheese... More
