We came here to celebrate 2 birthdays after seeing it on countryfile. We are glad we went but for the price there is a lot missing. It’s not a foraging as we thought and rather disappointing. Drinks wise: the house brewed beers on offer (2...More
Visited for Saturday lunch. Service from staff was excellent, they advised well on dishes. I had a vegetarian main course, barley and mushroom risotto. It was tasty, but unfortunately was not very hot, I don't think the plate had been pre-warmed. By the time I...More
I visited with my husband, my mum and dad for my dads 70th birthday at Sunday lunchtime. My dad has Alzheimer’s so we were able to advise the restaurant in advance so they could place us at an appropriate table. We had a lovely lunch...More

Wow, what a treat on a wet Saturday afternoon! (Or any other time or day for that matter). The food was absolutely delicious, service with a smile and a good selection of draught beers to wash it all down. Not sure what beer you'd like?...More
