A really pleasant evening at Zizzi Winchester. Dining alone but felt really comfortable. Lovely waitress. Food was hot and tasty. Pistachio and Salted Caramel pudding delicious. 2 glasses of nicely chilled Pinot Blush. So different to the horrendous experience we had at Zizzi Tower Hill....More

A lovely branch of Zizzi with beautiful decor, friendly staff, quick service & excellent fresh food, including a new dedicated vegan menu. The vegan lentil ragu & pizzas (made with a coconut oil-based cheese alternative) are excellent. Would definitely visit again.

Good friendly service, extensive menu. Interesting old building (used to be an old print shop). We ate here mid week, it was busy but the service was prompt, would go back again

We have never had a bad meal at Zizzi and this time was no exception. Service was excellent and the food was too. My Porcini Giganti Tortellini were delicious in their rich mushroom sauce and my wife enjoyed her Penne della Casa (oven baked chicken,...More

I love Zizzi, they have embraced the vegetarian, the gluten free, lactose intolerant - all have their own menu (just ask). That aside, the venue (former home of the Hampshire Chronicle) is light and airy, and the pizza is great.

Warm and cosy Italian place with interesting decoration. Tried the croquettes - decent starter - and special pizza which I would a bit more cooked and without the figs as a topping. 660ml Peroni available as well as attending and smiling staff also on the...More

At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Situated on the high street, Zizzi occupies the old Jacob & Johnson building, which dates back to the 17th Century and from 1788 until 2004 was the home of the Hampshire Chronicle. As with all our restaurants, we strive to preserve and enhance the original features and to reflect the unique heritage of its surroundings through its design and décor.
