No the menu doesn't say much at all about how spicy things are, words like "flavoursome" are used instead. my friend asked how spicy the magic bowl was, the waitress said "its one of the least spicy things on the menu... More

honestly id rather pay £5 and bring my own bottle than £15-20 for fairly average wine you get at most restaurants. Wetherspoons is quite close .. that might be an option?
