Called in here last Saturday with my hubby , he had the Irish Breakfast and I had toat and jam . He said it was the best breakfast he has ever had even better than the one he had at The Spinnaker Cafe last Oct . If you are in Southsea this is a must place to eat .

Popped in for a breakfast as starving and was pleasantly surprised. Tried the Boxty fully loaded. which is a potato pancake with sausage, bacon egg and beans with cheese and it was excellent. Mostly due to good ingredients well cooked.

Small friendly bar - relaxed but buzzing. The breakfast is brilliant- at a good price and comes with coffee.

A soda stack is actual heaven on earth. Cheese and meat and cheese and a guiness to wash down. Loved it and George is a charming man too :)

It's pretty small, so I imagine that it might be a different place when crowded but, on this occaison, there were less than a dozen customers in while I was there. The decor is... well... if you don't like rugby, you might find it a bit... More

Have been to this charming little place regularly since it opened and have never been disappointed in the food which is hearty, drink which is traditional, or service which is always great. The atmosphere this little Irish pub generates welcoming and warm on cold winter days, fresh during the summer months with its front that opens up and during major... More
