I love the ambience provided by the locattion. Quiet yet enchanting. The food is fresh and cooked with calibre and pride, the staff are extremely attentive.

Ate here before a concert at the Subscription Rooms. Short, interesting menu with two courses for 12. Food was well prepared and tasted good. Owner and staff friendly. I enjoyed it and would go back for a more leisurely meal when back in Stroud.
Small, but perfectly formed, with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, a pleasant, modern dining area and an open plan kitchen. Offers a range of interesting dishes and an excellent wine list. Booking essential at busy times. We'd definitely go again if we were in Stroud.
