I eat here a lot. Great coffee, their cheese scones are amazing. Good hearty lunches, good value. Friendly staff.

What a wondeful find in Hastings' mediocrity. This café has a conscience about its food and its staff and the result is wonderul. Fantastic cooked breakfast for the carnivores, the vegetarian breakfast was superb and the sourdough toast made all our breakfasts perfect. The staff are friendly and efficient. We'll almost certainly be back later for more coffee and their... More

loved the concept behind the cafe so thought I would give it a try. I was not disappointed and the halloumi salad was delicious.

Had the mushrooms and avo on toast, there was a bit of a delay getting them out to me but they did come and apologise so fair enough. When my meal came it really was spot on so was worth the wait. Good coffee too and a very civilized vibe. Would come here again. Recommended.

Tried out this cafe at the weekend after reading good reviews and, best of all, we could take our dog along too. We were not disappointed, the food was scrummy and completely home made, with good choices on the menu. The cakes looked highly tempting but we were well behaved and content with our salads. As another reviewer has said,... More

Popped in for lunch on Saturday, a great little place not spoilt by progress and still has a lot of the original features. Menu provided a good choice and was good value too. I would definitely recommend the pan fried chicken salad.

With my gorgeous four-legged companion, finding somewhere she is welcome is essential. The cafe has a good menu, a range of cakes and lovely service. Doggy was made to feel extremely welcome, but being a taller, leggier breed struggled to lie down on the wooden flooring. I like that there is a lot of space inside this cafe which means... More

A great place to come for breakfast, lunch or just an excellent coffee. Very efficient and friendly staff, the cafe is kept very clean and tidy. Lovely cakes and always a gluten free option, also very good nutty gluten free bread, not the pappy tasteless stuff on offer in some places I have tried. Good value for money and a... More

Staying in Hastings and having a wander around the shops discovered this cafe. Not a Starbucks or Costa chain (wonderful) they gave excellent service and very friendly had a wholesome menu and the coffee was good. Would visit gagain if staying in Hastings.
