Warm welcome, I was alone for my meal and had a relaxed mezze and mint tea and my book. The staff were attentive but allowed me to relax and take my time. Was really nice!

We were on a hunt for a vegan restaurant for one of our friends, but they all seemed to be closed. We stumbled across this one by chance, and decided to go in. Most of the vegan and vegetarian foods seemed to be starters, but they were cheap so my friends had a couple of starters each, and I had... More

Since a visit to the UAE a few years ago, I occasionally having cravings to eat Lebanese food. So, during a planned visit to Brighton it was decided we would visit this restaurant based on the reviews. Generally the restaurant looked as though it could do with some TLC, but it is the quality of the service and the food.... More

This is the first time we have been to Al Rouche. The staff were very welcoming and the service was extremely good. I particularly enjoyed the mixed starter; the flavours were delicious. Sadly, I wasn't so keen on the ocra main meal although my friends enjoyed their mixed grill. It is certainly extremely good value for money and they offer... More

Visited whilst on holiday and very glad we did. I love good service which is hard to come by and this little gem had it. The waiter was attentive without hovering. The food was delicious and the wine we chose tasted great. Brilliant value for money and will go again when we next visit. My only advice would be a... More

Went to Al Rouche with the wife on a Saturday afternoon and ordered plate of hummous (starter) and the salmon (with fries, not rice), and the mixed grill. The starter had a lot more bread than what we were given at The Taste of the Sahara (very expensive!). The main dishes were nice and we both enjoyed it. No service... More

Al Rouche - Brighton is one of the many Halal restaurants in Brighton. I would definitely recommend the mixed Grill. I took mine with fries and not rice
