Pretty nice coffee but also pretty expensive and don't accept £50 notes which is really silly. Had to go and change my money in a shop next door to be able to pay. Total first world problem but still a little annoying and unnecessary

You know when you have an experience of something you really know well and it surprises you and you wonder 'where has this been all my life?' and all other versions of that thing are rendered pointless? Like the first time you tried champagne having...More
I often go to Small Batch for a coffee when out and about in Brighton, never had a bad coffee from them. Good service and friendly staff, nice atmosphere to catchup with friends or plan your day out in Brighton.

We always make time for a Small Batch visit when going to Brighton. Great coffee, lovely service, and amazing brownies on Brownie Friday. The beans they sell are excellent as well - I've long been a fan of their postal subscription service . Love sitting...More
Definitely the best coffee in Brighton. Ignore the better known chains at the end of the road and go here instead. Fabulous tea and coffee and great food too. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, who really know how to make coffee. Why go anywhere else?
I can't fault Small Batch's coffee - their Blue Note filter is probably the best tasting coffee, but I think the prices are a bit inflated due to being victims of their own success. Also, no WiFi is a killer.
Not told to sit down so waited inline for drinks I did say I was drinking in. Told that I could have sat down when my drinks were ready quite a wait.😒Three other Takeouts for coffee were served before my order that came in after...More
