Had an early dinner here last night with mixed results. The service, whilst friendly and engaging, was slow at times and had to be asked twice for a jug of water to be brought to the table. The bottled beers were also slow arriving and be replaced but... I feel a bit mean spirited because we also received good advice... More

Arrived there at about 7 PM on a Saturday evening. The place was absolutely packed. We didn't have a reservation buy the maitre D kindly found us a table for two. Great vibe and ambience that being in a busy restaurant usually delivers. Ordered giant olives (tasty) seafood sharing board for 2 (tasty) then for mains King prawn linguine (sadly... More

Having booked Cafe Rouge and been offered a poor and tiny table we decided to decline our booking. It was quite a busy evening for a Monday so we walked into Zizzi. Had the sharing meat platter to start £11 bit overpriced for what it was if I'm honest. Ravioli for me and seafood linguini for the better half. Mine... More

You know when you look forward to something, we did as we've been here before but, hey ho it wasn't brill this time. We had a starter to share (mushroom brindisi) it was warm but not hot, served to the table on a cold dish. Skinny pollo pizza was good, the pizza polpette rustic - more anchovies than meatballs, it... More

Very friendly & helpful staff in a great location. Although a chain, the food tastes as though you were in an independent restaurant. Great choice of pizza, pasta & meat & between us we sampled everything & it was all very good. Also very good wine choice. Would definitely revisit when in Brighton

Took the family for my wife's birthday. A terrible mistake. A 2 hour wait for the main course, and then it was cold. To top it off, my daughter was sick the next day. Unwashed salad maybe? The manager tried to explain that the restaurant was busy, but I don't understand that excuse. If a restaurant has x number of... More

OK, so it was a busy Friday evening, but one hour between ordering and the meals arriving was excessive. On the plus side, a nice cosy atmosphere and very friendly staff. The pizzas were just 'OK' but we've had much better and for a more reasonable price elsewhere in Brighton.

Well done Zizzi for offering a vegan menu and clearly marking vegan options. I went here with my daughter and we both really enjoyed our pizzas. The interior is really nice and our waiter was friendly too. All in all an enjoyable experience and I look forward to returning with the rest of my family. One more thing - the... More

Although the restaurant was full and extremely busy, the service was excellent. Our server was brilliant - she took our orders and brought the drinks and food almost immediately. The food was amazing and plentiful; everyone enjoyed it. I had a rustica pizza and it was superb. Zizzi's was a fantastic experience.

Beginning was promissing in that we got to order fast and got our drinks. It took Incredibly long to get the pizzas and they were tastless. The dow was not good or krispy. 2nd star only as our kid was happy to eat.
