The coffee is amazing but the cinnamon buns are stale and inedible! They looked fresh but they were so dry and had no flavour.

Excellent coffee and cake and super-friendly staff. Worth seeking out this independent coffee shop in Dorchester (or one of the other locations - all on our list to visit next).
Quality and presentation of coffee was lovely and the cakes tasty. However, we had to wait 25 minutes. I waited in the queue for 5ish minutes and then waited ages for two latte's, a small hot chocolate and a Pain au chocolat. The place was...grubby and the toilets are extremely outdated and the sink was not clean and hadn't been for a while. Unsure whether we would return. Poundbury Finca is much better!More
Fantastic coffee! Nice to hear staff interacting the customers.. From earwigging I have learnt a lot about paint. Real people. Real coffee. Pan au choc was nice. Nice music playing
Despite the good quality of coffee, we were astounded by the rude and unprofessional nature of the staff. Throughout the whole experience, from placing our order to walking out of the café, we felt like an inconvenience. Our server was rude and abrupt and throughout...our entire visit the staff complained about their shift. We will not be returning.More
We were visiting Dorchester for the first time and fortunately came across this lovely little coffee shop for morning coffee. Excellent coffee with fabulous flavour. Cinnamon bun was great too.
We were passing through Dorchester and called in for morning coffee. This is an absolutely brilliant local and independent business. Lovely staff, great coffee and tea, all sourced locally. The sort of local business that any community is fortunate to have.
Good location and nice to be able to sit outside. Coffee was a small glassful but tasty. Cake very dry and not much flavour. Staff very friendly.
From a barista - best coffee I’ve had in ages. Made really well and delicious beans. I had a takeaway but would have sat in and had my coffee in the window if I’d had time!
No shortage of coffee opportunities in Dorchester, chains and independents. We've tried most of them and Finca definitely serves the best coffee, by some margin
I dropped in for coffee and an almond croissant on a hot Friday morning, en-route on my motorcycle from Dorchester to Somerset. My espressos were lovingly prepared and the fresh almond croissant, the perfect accompaniment. Fab! Can't wait to come back!
Delicious coffee - very mellow and smooth. Melt in the mouth pastries. Will definitely be popping in again to try some (or all…) of the delicious-looking cakes on offer along with the impressive range of coffees.
Proper coffee, made the right way ! Not cheap, but what coffee is these days - even when the people making it haven't got a clue - which is the majority. Well done Finca - my Dorchester coffee shop of choice!
Popped into Finca for takeaway. Friendly service with a good selection of drinks and cakes. Second the comments about takeaway cups, I feel that crockery when eating inside would add to the experience and make it feel more homely. We would have eaten in if...the cups were not cardboard!More
Recently stopped for a cuppa and cake. Unfortunately whole experience was a disappointment. Charged £10 for two small drinks and very small pieces of cake, that tasted of sugar and not much else. Made to sit at a sticky table, staring at a brick wall,...sucking in diesel fumes. Whilst indifferent staff complained loudly to each other. Live locally but won’t be returning anymore. Avoid unless very thirsty is my advice.More
