We hadn't been here for a while, but were pleased to see that the food and service are still excellent. We had a carvery, which was good value and all beautifully cooked. The beef was still rare and the gammon moist and succulent. Have to...More

We only wanted a lunchtime snack and hadn't booked but this appeared to be no problem. The food was simple but very tasty and very reasonably priced. I'd happily go again.

We were made welcome, and the menu and specials board offered a very good selection. There was a good choice of beers and the food was excellent.
