Lovely venue, good service and friendly staff. We had the Friday fish and chips and were disappointed with the meal. Fish was small and grey, chips were like frozen chips and mushy peas probably came from a tin.More

We were so impressed with our visit this week. We both ordered a very simple dish, fish & chips, but it was perfectly cooked, beautifully light batter, lovely flaky cod and excellent service.

This pub came recommended by the owners of the holiday cottage we rented nearby. The food was good and the atmosphere welcoming. Friday's Fish & Chip Night was enjoyable, though I'm not entirely convinced that the Cod we ordered was in fact Cod, as it...More
