Deli rocks is a fun and frantic place to go for breakfast, coffee or lunch. The food is fantastic. They have a great range of drinks. It is quite pricey, but worth it. The cakes are baked locally and are clearly handmade, they also generally have an option for those who want to avoid gluten. They have signs which say... More

Staff and atmospere really buzzin' The choice of hot & cold options are really tasty and the cheesecake with a meringue style topping was something to behold - divine! Great coffee and a range of soft drinks. Also plenty of tempting edibles to take home and enjoy too.

Awesome coffee and led zeppelin: good livin'. Gio makes it a very welcoming Southbourne venue. Love the decor. Enjoyed the food too on other visits.

Had a superb evening down at Deli Rocks on Friday night!!Was part of the celebrations for a ruby wedding doo and was blown away with the quality of the grub. BYO on the beers and wines (peronis perfectly chilled) was really cost effective and when you felt bloated from the beer being able to pop across the road for a... More

Loved this quirky place. Very similar to Boscanova in Boscombe (if you've been) but with a Rock (music)feel. Great coffee, I didn't eat but the menu looked really interesting and what other customers were eating looked lovely and fresh. Will definitely return and take my husband who will love it!

Chose this eatery at random. My husband suggested it. It appeared dark and dismal from the street and inside. I instinctively felt apprehensive as only a family of 4 were seated, whilst other restaurants were more busy with the lunchtime rush. It has the feel of a cafe than a restaurant. The front of house staff pointed to where we... More

I had the absolute pleasure in having breakfast at Deli Rocks this morning with my sister. Food was incredibly tasty, the guys that run the place are very cool and the whole place has a feel good ambiance. I would highly recommend a visit here, I'll definitely be back. Chocolate, peanut butter brownies are to die for!!
