We stayed here for 1 night DBB and loved it. The staff were all very helpful and looked after us extremely well. Food was out of this world. Was lovely to meet the chef himself Mr John Burton-Race.

Have been there before , but this time it was both cheaper and better than ever! We got a room with a sea view, very clean, warm and comfortable, then had all we could eat for breakfast. All staff are pleasant and most helpful. The only slight 'downer' is restricted parking. Of course we'll be going again!

This was pleasant enough; however, we were told upon arrival that there was no space in any of their car parks, as they had a Fun Day. My husband parked elsewhere... More

Popped in for a quick drink on our way into Torquay harbour, walking down Belgrave rd. Unfortunately there were just three of us and only 4 other people in the room which probably held easily 200, so it was a little bit of finger tapping on the table!! No background music, evidence of a lot of tiredness within the room... More

We visited this restaurant whilst staying at the hotel for our evening meal. Although there was not a wide choice, the my starter was excellent, the main meal not quite so good, the sweet was excellent. My husbands starter was not so good he had pate the toast was cold and tough, a roll was provided instead. Suggest the chef... More
