My wife and I thought we would have lunch here before shopping in town. This was my first visit. The setting is stunning with lots of character and the ambience in the place is great although the choice of beers and ales is from the bar is a little limited along with the menu. We chose a sharing plate of... More

Went to celebrate a friends birthday, there was about 20 of us. First bar The Treasury, we went to the bar to get served and waited and waited and waited 2 people serving an absolutely packed bar, the barman kept serving his regular customers and after a couple of times I raised my eyes and muttered to myself and then... Yes I guess I find myself sounding like my parents... we were there as a group of friends on a Saturday night at 9ish, great ambience, music good quite loud but still ok to talk. Had some great cocktails and interesting beer on draught. However after 15 mins of being there the bar staff doubled the volume of the music... More

What a great atmosphere! Food was delicious and the company was perfect! A gathering to celebrate Scotland... Pre booked a table as advised on the poster, I also needed to change the amount of guests, and had a quick reply on a Facebook message to confirm, fantastic service! Will highly recommend this night to all, we hope to celebrate it... More

This place has a good atmosphere and what food they serve, they do well. Cocktail offers are worth a look as drinks are expensive however it is the only place in Plymouth that you can get Ayala by the glass-one of my favourite champagnes from one of the best champagne houses. The grazing menu is nice. Toilets for the ladies... More

Had breakfast here for the fist time and it was very good. There is a wide range of dishes to choose from. I had the traditional 'English' with sourdough toast and it was tasty. If you want to vary the ingredients a little, this is fine. My colleague added black pudding. great coffee too.

Went to the Treasury today for lunch, couldn't believe there were only 2 waiting staff on duty, both were very polite and efficient but completely overwhelmed as it was packed. When we did get our food my wife found a long, blond hair in the batter of her fish. We waited ages for someone to come and eventually the barman... More

We met here in the evening for a works get together. We ordered a buffet, I have some allergies and was told no problems, I could be catered for. My food was put on a separate plate and I was told I could have the chicken wings and wedges from the side as well. Not sure how they came to... More

The Treasury restaurant and lounge is a contender for Plymouth most stylish venue for drinks and dinner. Set in a 19th century treasury building,The Treasury is now a stunning, super-sophisticated bar and restaurant with bright white walls, cool woven seating, huge neo gothic windows, soaring pillared ceilings, and original art. The vibe is young and cool. The chef's use the freshest local produce to create inventive seasonal cuisine of the highest quality, British with a modern European twist. There is also a upstairs functions lounge which can be hired out for events.
