This place is a wonderful, value for money, honest to god "chippy". No pretence and great fish and chips. Give it a whirl.

Great fish, well cooked with very crispy batter. Being hyper critical I would have said the chips were slightly dry. Nice cup of tea. Lovely staff, friendly smiling and helpful.

This chip shop used to serve the best fish and chips, cooked in dripping. Our family would travel out from Tavistock just to eat here. Visited yesterday only to find it's been taken over at they now cook in oil. Not only and I bitterly...More

We had Haddock & chips here about a month ago we could not fault it, so we thought it was a fluke, like many people living in Plymouth you would think it was easy to find GOOD fish & chips but its almost impossible so...More

I believe this depends on how busy they are. We have visited 3 times in the last 2 months, lots of spare tables and the dogs have been allowed in everytime. We have a border collie and a small dog.
