We stopped at the bakehouse for a quick on the go lunch. We grabbed 4 different flavored pasties and they were all scrumptious.

2 jacket potatoes and a pasty made a lovely meal for us all. The couple running the place were very friendly and it was a pleasure to support a local business. Only pity was no water to refill the tea pot!

We stopped at the Bake house for a coffee after a short walk around Lynmouth. Unfortunately the cafe was closing but the waitress agreed to make us a coffee. She was very chatty. Shame we were late as the cream tea would have been a treat. Definitely next time.

We visited The Bakehouse today after a walk from Lynmouth to Lynton, then back. The three of us holidaying here for the week had two smoked haddock chowders and a pasty, together with two strawberry milkshakes and a hazelnut milkshake. The pasty was much enjoyed, as were the smoked haddock chowders. The sweetcorn in the chowders worked really well with... More

We shared a classic steak, a turkey special and a full english breakfast pasty - all of them were excellent. Tasty and full to the brim with no air pockets - a hearty meal indeed. The coffee and particulalrly the hot chocolate were also excellent. Service was warm, friendly and quick.

Visited this place 3 times in 1 week due to the fabulous pasties, lamb and mint and chicken and bacon I would highly recommend as well as their traditional ones. Very clean and well presented cafe, eat in or takeaway. Will definitely be returning here on future holidays 👍🏻

Following looking at the reviews, the pasties were dry and uninspiring. We had pasties earlier in the week at Woolacombe which really hit the spot
