We visited Port Isaac during the stormy weather and it was so nice to sit in the beautiful old building the restaurant is in and be served outstanding fish dishes. The service was also brilliant. We will definitely be returning in the summer.

A small cosy restaurant. Service was exceptional and food was delicious. Four of us ordered bread, then two mackerel pates to share. Each couple chose four dishes to share, it felt as though each dish was better than the last. No room for pudding unfortunately...More

We were recommended by friends to visit so checked reviews on Trip Adviser which were very good. We had slight reservations based on some people saying they left hungry as the portions were small. We both have a fairly healthy appetite and went for the...More

This is a small restaurant only seats about 20 people, hence very cosy in a 15 century building on Port Isaac quayside. A number of dishes are served for two to share.. We had squid , followed by smoked mackerel dip, then megrim sole and...More

The location of the restaurant is fantastic - Port Isaac is the most perfectly quaint English seaside village. The restaurant too was quaint (small) with seating for around 25 people and very comfortable. The front of house staff were excellent - well trained, very personable,...More

I don't know. Call the restaurant and ask them as it may depend on the day to day cost of the fish species they are serving.

No, it's quite informal. Wouldn't turn up in trainers but likewise a dinner jacket! In between :)
