Called in for an evening meal, and was very pleased we did. My husband had the Trio of fish(£12.95) and I went for the Cajun 5 bean chilli (£8.95) The food was served promptly and was very tasty. Really enjoyed our meal.

My only regret of my holiday to Penzance is that I only found this gem on the day before we travelled back to London. A lovely traditional pub. A decorative sea theme throughout the pub was really nice. I would recommend 'potion no.9' or 'Wolfrock'...More

Went here for an evening meal and must say it was fantastic. The crab linguine was stunning and my partner had the gammon which was equally lovely. A lovely little place with friendly staff and a must try if you are in Penzance

Nice old pub with lots of character. We popped in here a couple of times and found the staff friendly and the beer good - which helps!! Didn't get a chance to sample something off the menu.

Always an excellent pub with very good food. Unfailingly good selection of beer and a wide selection of home-cooked grub - largely, and unsurprisingly with a fishy emphasis. Both of us ate very well and discovered a generous second meal at half price on a...More

Came here for our staff party and had a great time. We all had a three course meal and it was to die for, especially the asparagus soup which was the best thing I've had in a long time. Really friendly staff. Overall brilliant evening!

We had a wonderful meal here last night with 10 Guiders from Mount's Bay Girlguiding. Fabulous food and excellent Service. Lots of nice touches - Christmas tree shaped croutons and bread and a glass of Prosecco included! We will definitely eat there again soon!

Description
The popular Dock Inn is located in the heart of Penzance’s historic harbour-side area. The Dock has a good old fashioned pub atmosphere, with scrubbed pine tables, polished wooden floors, two open fires, comfy leather sofas and all sorts of nautical and other memorabilia! In the ‘lower deck’ you can watch the world go by through bi-fold doors overlooking Quay Street. You’ll get friendly service, banter, top quality home-made pub food (if you get peckish) and will be made to feel welcome whether you’re on your own or with a group of friends. We have live music most Friday’s and we also have a popular weekly jam session every Tuesday from 9pm where both musicians and spectators are welcome! We do the best Sunday Roast in town! We have a well thought out (and well sampled!) wine list, a wide range of bar drinks and choice of 3 excellent real ales including the legendary Spingo brewed in Helston. In the warmer summer months you can relax in our sunny courtyard garden. In the winter we have a heated smoking area for our customers enjoyment. As well as offering excellent value food & drinks, we have 3 quality en-suite B&B rooms – a perfect place to relax.
