We visited for a spot of lunch having walked past the day before and being annoyed that we'd chosen to eat somewhere else! Great little tea room/cafe with a homely feel and lovely customer service and atmosphere. Great value for money and fresh foods, the cakes look amazing! We visited as two adults and two children and for us all... More

A lovely tearoom and great value for money. We arrived in the late afternoon and ordered cream tea, which was priced at £4.95 for TWO scones with jam and clotted cream, and a pot of tea. My boyfriend and I, only wanted something light to tie us over till the evening, and these delicious scones were perfect. The two ladies... More

We enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea for £5 per person. The afternoon tea comprised of: a tea pot, milk, two warm scones, a pot of jam and a pot of clotted cream. I felt this was exceptional value for the amount of food and drink we received. The scones were also delicious and the setting was lovely. The staff were... More

I will start off by saying that the staff are so friendly and welcoming and follow that up by the fact that the food is great! All scones and cakes are homemade!! We would definitely return before the end of our holiday if we can

We visited three times during our stay in Newquay, sampling the Victoria sponge, chocolate & carrot cake. All were so tasty, lovely big portions & good value. On the second visit they were closing up so we had extras, which were very much appreciated! Will definitely be visiting again when I'm next in the town.

Excellent little gem which I had never been in before, even though I walk past it every day. Nice and quick cheese & ham toastie. Which was good. Also a selection of cakes on display, on the counter which caught my eye. I went for the caramel short cake. Which was excellent. If you passing by, I really recommend that... More

Was recommended Martha's tea room and was not disappointed. We ordered a cream tea and it was excellent. Scones are home made and served warm with plenty of jam and cream. Tea was served quickly. Lovely friendly place

Delicious cream tea and reasonably priced! My mother had a very generous slice of carrot cake which was as equally delicious. Would visit again next time we are in Newquay.
