The caf''e was upstars, very clean, and a varied menu, as my wife was not able to climb the stairs, the staff opened the rear door for us to enter the caf'e, which we thought was very good of them.

Looking from the outside, you could tell a lot of care and attention had gone into their window display. Very professional. Decided on this basis to go in. Food in cafe upstairs was great, cakes from downstairs even better. Had to buy extra to take...More

My wife and I had a lovely lunch. The cafe is upstairs and the service was really good. Also had gateau and fresh cream cake from the shop downstairs. Portions are really good.

Freshly made baguettes with generous fillings, tasty cakes, friendly staff and the best cornish pasty in Cornwall. We visit Newquay every year and always visit Paulines at least a couple of times for a take away lunch.

Stopped here for a good bite and a cup of tea and wasn't disappointed. Cream teas and jacket potatoes we're lovely. Service was excellent, especially the young lad that served us (very polite and charming). Couldn't fault this tea room, superb little find.

Walking through the town, we stumbled across this little gem. Great value cakes and probably the cheapest ice cream in town (a godsend with kids in tow). Treat yourself ☺

Cakes are the best we have never had. Very rich and traditional. A little bit disappointed about the scones and cream which were not that good. The staff is very friendly and nice.
