A very eclectic place - gin is served in tea pots and tonic in milk jugs. I think they should have poured the gin out of the bottle into the teapot in front of you so you are sure you are getting what you asked for

this is a very quaint tea room reached by climbing 2 flights of stairs ( not good for the elderly or infirm)but very nice with friendly helpful staff and reasonable prices. We only had coffee here so cannot comment on the food available.

If you love Gin, this is a must on your travels. Best selection I've seen anywhere in Cornwall. Expertly served too.

We treated ourselves to a full afternoon tea from a range of choices on offer. I personally found the sandwiches, made with thickly sliced bread, unappetising and rather too filling with a cream tea to follow and cake after that. We should have chosen just a cream tea in hindsight, but it was a special occasion and we thought we... More

Cocktails are served in tea cups and my coke to go with the vodka I ordered came in a milk jug. If you like gin.... there is over 130 varieties for you to choose from.... could be... More

I LOVE DOLLY'S! I discovered Dolly's about 2 years ago when I popped in for a light lunch. Menu is great and food is tasty and home cooked, venue is vintage, quirky and comfortable and homely - love the labrador with her pearl necklace collar (who isn't a bother - she's just being a typical labrador and if you say... Visited today on a whim and really impressed with the vintage quirkiness of the place - much better than a chain restaurant. What the chains are very good at however is service and unfortunately it was a bit slow here and perhaps not as chirpy as the décor. Maybe we caught the staff on a bad day as reviews are... More

An absolute gem on the high street, staff lovely and knowledgeable about the drinks on offer! We went for a cup of tea, ended up with yummy cake and an amazing sloe gin, but nothing like we've had before, heaps nicer! Planning to get a group of friends to go back.

Description
Dolly’s is a tea room and wine bar in the centre of Falmouth which opened in July 2011 in one of the most beautiful rooms in town. During the day it is a traditional tea room serving illy coffee, teapigs, cream teas and cakes. It then transforms in the evening to a candlelit wine bar serving delicious tapas, wine by the glass, jug and bottle. Cocktails are served in teapots and poured into vintage teacups with ice cubes in sugar bowls. Furnished with chapel chairs and reclaimed tables it has a very relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. It is also dog friendly and Hebe, Dolly’s yellow Labrador, is a permanent fixture.
