Carolyn & her wonderful staff made us feel at home as soon as we arrived at the restaurant. Nothing was to much trouble and where we sat we were able to see all the lovely food being cooked and were privy to all the dishes being served. An absolute must for something a little different, and great customer service, thanks... More

We visited whilst returning our daughter to university. The welcome was great and the service very good. The menu is very interesting and we all found something we wanted which was a little different to the usual. Lobster, Ostrich and fish of the day Sea Bass. All cooked very well. The children's fish fingers also went down with out 11... More

I would definitely say that this is the BEST restaurant in Falmouth. Such a warm welcome from Carolyn, Tamsin and staff into a restaurant full of character. They certainly catered very well for my family- not forgetting my 12 year old grand nephew who was keen to sample South African dishes and was certainly not disappointed. For the information of... We really enjoyed this place and loved the vibe. Busy and bustling with an excellent front of house lady and attentive staff. We were recommended a starter to share of bread, nuts and olive oil. Very nice and very different. For main course I had Babootie and my husband had cous cous. Very reasonable wine. All delicious and we would... More

Second time eating here, even though it is right on our doorstep - think we take it for advantage really! The food is amazing, so so tasty! We ate here as a group on Saturday and nothing was too much trouble. We were there past 10pm and were by far the last ones in the restaurant but the staff are... More

My Mum and I had a wonderful time here! The drinks and the food were exciting and different and so nicely presented. The food tasted amazing and the chips were the best we'd ever tasted! Everything was exceptionally well flavoured and the staff were lovely and welcoming. Also loved the Interior Design of the place - so cozy and different.... More

Fabulous family-owned restaurant experience, Zikomo kwambiri Tamsin, Carolyn, Ian and Gareth! We started with the Malawi rock shandy, which along with the Nyasaland map in the toilets made this Limbe girl feel right at home. Espetada was amazing and the fish platter full of flavour.. accompanied by the best chips in the south west. Puddings were all so delicious-sounding that... More

We were recommended Amanzi by The Lugo Rock Guest House and well worth a visit for somewhere a bit different. I had the King Prawns with Saffron rice which was cooked perfectly, huge tasty prawns, and my husband had the mutton dish which he said was superb. Great atmosphere and good friendly service. Will definitely return when next in Falmouth.

Come to this restaurant when in Falmouth as the food is good/unusual and service is good. Not the cheapest food in Falmouth but worth the money.
