Nice lighting and fun atmosphere. Really enjoyed the cheesy garlic bread for a starter. The lobster ravioli was sublime! Even enjoyed an ice cream dessert. At times was difficult to find a waiter but on the whole excellent. Will definitely return.

The food and service here is exceptional. I cannot fault anything! We 'only' had the £5 lunch and I can honestly say it was such good value that I would have been prepared to pay twice as much for it! Service was good and very...More

This was a superb lunch, two family members about to fly back to Thailand, so what better place for 'Dad' to host this farewell get-together. Giovanni welcomed us with his usual bonhomie and guided us to a nice table for four. Menus were flourished but...More

Went into Chester last week and popped in for a fixed price lunch. 'Was simple more than adequate and pretty good value. Now I remember this as the tsb bank and it is an impressive building the nearest thing to a true 'ristorante' feeling but...More

Sweet and simple Review. Walked in to this place and was looked at and spoken to like they didn't want our business. One member of staff was fine, but the place generally had a bad vibe. When ordering food I asked the staff if they...More

Description
At Convivio, we are committed to using the freshest and highest quality ingredients we can source. Where possible, we use local, organic produce, attending the wholesale market ourselves each week so that we can hand-pick our ingredients rather than having to rely on suppliers to choose these for us. Only this way can we ensure the high quality of the ingredients we use. Our customers mean a lot to us and we want to give you the best! We also want to offer you a truly Mediterranean flavour and eating experience at Convivio. Not only do we use the best dried pasta but our ravioli is home-made and, as an Italian customer put it recently, "as good as anything you will find in Italy" Our skilled Italian pizzaiolo produces, quite simply, the tastiest, most authentic pizza. Truly mouth-watering pizzas made with freshly kneaded dough that has been stretched by hand and baked in our signature stone oven made by specialist Italian artisans. This stone oven is used to bake fresh bread every day We can reassure you that unlike bought-in bread used by many other restaurants, our bread is as fresh as it can be. It is also good for you, being free from additives and preservatives.
