Upmarket pub with top notch Sunday Roast. Well presented food, rich gravy, tender beef (plenty of it) and tasty Yorkshire pudding (better than the dry puff you get in many pubs). Contemporary low-volume music created a nice ambience and helpful staff.

Good food, good service at a reasonable price. Popped in on the off chance and will be back. Menu offers plenty of choice but I played it safe on the first visit with what turned out to be a cracking burger. Definitely worth trying.

Had a great meal here on NYE and stayed to see in the New Year as there was a very good disco. The food was very good as usual and would definately recommend this pub for good food and beer.
