Went with a gang of colleagues, and the atmosphere was noisy but good. Staff wonderful, prices ok but disappointed with my Colonel burger, which was a little over cooked, and was the only dish on our table where the chips were thin, rather than thick...More

I have visited this restaurant several times for both food and just a drink. For drinks I think this is a really nice venue and very well priced. The food is also not badly priced but unfortunately not a great standard and even reasonably priced...More

After wandering for a while we chose here for the beautiful decor and menu choice. We had to wait for a table but this was not an issue. We ordered the classic burger and chicken and bacon salad both were delicious. We finished with sticky...More

We had a table on a busy Friday night. Food is reasonably priced and is very tasty. Good range of specialist menus such as vegan or gluten free. Staff are very friendly and service was fast. Excellent setting.

We dropped in here on the way to the train station one Sunday morning. What a great place! We loved the beautiful interior. The service was excellent from everyone. The food was lovely. What more can you want from a place for brunch?

Great place for brunch. It’s a kind of cross between an “Ivy” and a “Weathespoons” and it works! It’s a bit of a hipster place but don’t let that put you off. It’s not intimidating! Great friendly engaging but informal service. The brunch mains are...More

Came here for a valentines meal with my boyfriend and I couldn’t fault it. The cocktails were great ( I know a great cocktail from a bad one), the food was delicious, waitresses couldn’t have been more attentive - even on a busy Saturday night....More

Good Morning CharlieM3, We certainly do allow dogs in the venue! All we ask is that you are in the bar area rather than the restaurant. Of which you can drink and dine as you wish Kind Regards Michael Howard

Not sure - send them an email. I had a club steak sandwich with fries. Not the low fat option but good.

Quirky, eccentric and playful the Cosy Club offers informal casual dining, drinking and lounging in a homely and family friendly environment. 'Think gents club meets village hall meets cricket pavilion.'
