Booked for 5.30 before show at Tobacco Factory...perfect timing , finished just right to go across for 7.30. Most people had booked...even for a Tuesday ...and the place was soon buzzing. I had 3 mezzes...sardines, carrot and halloumi..the carrot one was out of this world....that was plenty for me with the flatbreads, almost too much.... partner had calves liver which... More

Great mix of dishes, friendly staff and good wine. Perfect is you want to go for interesting food without the problem of worrying if it will be good quality. One of my favourite restaurants in Bristol.

A group of four of us ate here and all thought the food very good. However, I can't give an overall rating of very good as the service was so disappointing. We were served by several different people, all of whom were offhand to the point of rudeness. We were made to feel distinctly unwelcome. Such a shame when they... More

Meal before theatre across the way. Chicken wing starter was a miserable and small offering and not worth the money. Endless wait for main course, although service overall could not be faulted. If this restaurant wants to aspire to Turkish food, it should pay a visit to one of the Mangals in London (notably Fez Mangal in Ladbroke Grove to... More

Called in at random and able to get a table for two, there were a lot of reservations. Service was not over friendly but the food was excellent. I's certainly go back to try some other dishes.

We have eaten mezze and main meals here. Always very good and tasty. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pity so far from where we live but well worth the visit. Definitely recommend our friends to come.

I have tried this place before and not been able to get in - it is popular in the evening. I went for lunch instead and had the lunchtime special of smoked mackerel pilaf. Really tasty. That with a glass of house wine was only £11. I'll try again in the evening for there meze selection.

Souk Kitchen has made the transfer from new restaurant to well established favourite. There is a second restaurant at the other end of town so book carefully ! The food covers a range of national origins but all fits together on a good menu. You can either go for separate courses or order a range of mezze. This is a... More

Went this evening & although we hadn't booked we were seated quickly. Had the lamb which was beautifully cooked & tender, very tasty. My daughter had the chicken skewers which she enjoyed thoroughly. Would definitely go back

We have been in a few times recently and the food is always very good. All had the calves liver with pilaf, sour cherries and cabbage. It's very tasty and the beer is either Moroccan or local, so happy with that. I did phone in advance to enquire if they were open and to book a table, but nobody called... More
