It took a while to get to Ceres as they are sometimes closed, but I have managed to go there twice - once for breakfast when I had sweetcorn fritters with avo, poached egg and halloumi and that was absolutely amazing! I was very pleased....More

A very simple place with amazing food. I had the avocado toast and my boyfriend the salmon toast. The food looked pretty, tasted amazing. A bit more expensive then I expected. But totally worth a visit.

What a great evening we had learning from Daniel how to cook some of Ceres’ most loved dishes. Three hours became four and despite eating a full meal as we cooked, we left with bread which we had baked ourselves, salmon which we had smoked,...More

What I love about Ceres is the simplicity of the place; no frills, not too try-hard, just a humble cosy place. My delicious brunch was the sweet corn fritters. Perfect portion size and good value. So many lovely flavours that really danced together. My earl...More

Another visit and again, not at all disappointed! Brunch this time and whilst there was quite a wait for food, it was worth it. Hot. Plenty of it and tasted amazing!

We had a wonderful lunch at Ceres Coffee, it’s a very rustic, minimalistic setting in the heart of Stokes Croft that won’t be to everybody’s taste but the place is very true to itself, we thought it was great. The service was good but the...More

You can also text to book for dinner too, though nearly always at least one table free for dinner if you just turn up as quite big and still relatively unknown yet! Shhhh..
