We stopped by here after we got off the ferry to Quadra Island because we needed caffination and it was the only thing open a 9:30am on a Tues in January. But I would never stop in here again. Their "large" coffee (AKA a regular size anywhere else) was $5 and so no where near worth it. Although the server... More

Stopped by for a coffee and muffin. The coffee was $5 for a large cup of unremarkable taste. Bonus server mentioned it before she poured it. The muffin was tasteless tasted like what you find at gas stations. I will not be back.

Surprisingly good pizza. Have had carryout and have ate on site. This year, the waitress/manager had all the charm of a 1970s bad sitcom character. Possibly wanted a break to go finish her cigarette outside.

Stopped in for coffee on the way off the Island. Sticker on the stove read "I'm a b#*th". Wanted to charge us $5 per travel cup of coffee (Starbucks is under $3)! Made us feel like we were an inconvenience. And the coffee was crap.

We ordered a large pizza with mixed toppings and received our order correct. The pizza was delicious and the dough had a perfectly pizza flavor to it. The pieces were large, as the pizza was cut on the diameter instead of into square slices but the cheesy and delicious toppings would make me go back.

Two years ago we ordered pizzas for a function for our son's wedding. We picked them up and when they arrived they were still hot. They were eaten and greatly enjoyed!!! Thank you for making such awesome pizzas. After eating at Lovin' Oven, please visit James Pottery at the end of Joyce Road. They created wonderful pieces for you to... More

We ordered the Californian on gluten free crust for take out and it was awesome! Would totally eat here again. The folks behind the counter were friendly too!

Lovin' Oven is a family owned and operated restaurant catering to the locals of the island. Clean, fresh, and simple is the key to our "made from scratch" breads, desserts, pizza dough, sauce, and even the salad dressings. Breakfasts, daily soup, and specials for lunch and dinner are a big hit. We cut fresh potatoes for fries to compliment burgers or sandwiches on our savory dill bread. Jim Moats invented the pizzas back in the 70's and we strive to keep him proud of all his creations and flavor combinations. Our liquor license is from 11 am to well after closing. Custom made to order takes more time than fast food outlets, so please be patient or better yet, pre-order hours ahead of when you want to pick it up. We also have delivery anywhere south of Lakberg Road for $5. Keeping the prices low has it's draw backs for things like esthetic improvements, and we apologize for it is a work in progress. Thanks to local artisans we have something on the walls! Every Summer we try to be open 7 days a week if there's enough staff and we are hopeful again this year. Hope you can give our unique home-style food a try.
