How nice to find a proper (genuine) pub which hasn't been sanitised or turned trendy. With a nice real fire and the option to sit at the bar or at the numerous tables it all has a very homely feeling to it.

Found the barman very rude and unwelcoming, such a shame not at all typical of Cornish hospitality or of Polruan. Food was overall good. The ladies toilets also in need of attention, no lock on the toilet door.

Hello there, there is parking on the Quay outside the pub, you just pay at the post office, but there are steps up to the pub, unfortunately we are not wheelchair friendly but we are happy to assist. Hope this helps.
