If your looking for an above average meal, tavern style place with staff who simply love their work, I mean our waitress was so proud and happy to work at this restaurant she was very typicall of the local hospitallity from Alma that it made our supper well worth it. The steaks are amazing, very tender and cooked just right,... More

A great selection of dishes, that will please all kind of people. I loved the meat there, with an excellent cooking. A little bit pricey but worthy considering the quality of the food.

My wife and I visited in August and although there were no games going in - the season doesn't start till October - we felt harried to eat and move, as if there were... More

The food was excellent! The server spoke some English and went to extra trouble to help us with the French menu and making sure we had everything we wanted.

Nice, breezy, open patio dining. Cheerful, prompt service. Both meat and fish good choices. Reasonable prices (unlike a lot of other places in town).

My dinner was enjoyable and relaxing. Since I don't speak much French, they were quick to summon the help of an English-speaker on the staff. I didn't have a problem interpreting the French menu, but questions like "Do you want fries or baked potato with that?" stumped me. As Entrée I had poutine that was a slight departure form the...
