Wife and I had the fish and chips which when they arrived were greasy and soggy in the middle. Batter was not fully cooked. Better options down at the end of the dock. Service was average.

My husband said he wanted to try this famous restaurant once. We sat outside. For a Saturday the restaurant was dead. I ordered there self professed famous fish and chips and they were terrible. Very greasy and poor quality. The fish was on top of the fries and the fries were then drenched in grease! Was not impressed. We did... More

Watched the Beachcombers as a family in the 70's and just had to dine in this restaurant. Celebrated my wife's birthday here with salmon fish and chips. The clam chowder was the best we had during our Sunshine Coast vacation. Service very friendly and of-course very casual place to spend an hour or so. Serves a nice pint too.

Iconic restaurant with great pub food and a great view. Service was awesome and dessert was to die for.

I used to watch The Beachcombers, so finding this restaurant famous from the TV series was great. The menu is broad, with lots of seafood choices (we had fish tacos) and food was good, well presented, and not expensive. Not fancy, but worth visiting. It is on the main strip, so you can walk to shops and see the boats... More

Always wanted to go to Gibson's and eat at Molly's Reach. Service was excellent and more fish than I could eat at one meal...so had the rest to go. Prices were excellent along with clean washrooms and fast service. Lots of Beachcomber pics on the walls. Great view of the waterfront inside and out.

You have to know about Beach Combers TV series to truly enjoy to the max this location and the food. Great staff, clean washrooms, located right on the harbour. It appears to be busy all the time. The menu has lots to choose from especially if it comes from the sea. After we ate we walked along the pier which... More

They turned a classic tv diner into a posh eatery. Food was ok but highly over priced with a limited menu an the inside ha been renovated so much that it looks nothing like the original diner. Crushed my childhood memories.

My Mom, my Aunt & I came here for lunch once we looked around thinking of how many times we would see this place when we watched the Beachcombers never thought back then that we would ever eat in here.

If your over 50 then you probably recognize this building. We sat at the bar because this little place is always busy. The burger was great, a simple bun the squishes to nothing when you grab hold. I like that! Lot's of sauce and good fries. You can see a bunch of Beachcombers pics and paraphernalia
