Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We went for lunch. Food was really quite good. But we had to wait and wait and wait for it to arrive. Everyone around us, who seemed to arrive and order later, were served ahead of us. Frustrating, when what you want is to get...back on the hill and ski.More

Staff were very friendly and happy. The food was amazing. We had the chicken pot pie. Nice atmosphere and you could sit at the bar if you wanted.

We tried Fat Mardi’s a number of years ago when my wife and I visited Mont Tremblant for our fall anniversary. We absolutely loved it. Imagine how excited I was when my wife suggested taking her sister and husband to Mont Tremblant for a vacation....I was looking forward to going back to Fat Mardi’s for weeks. When we finally went, it was like an arrow through the heart. I ordered the jambalaya because the last time it was the best I’d ever had. This time it was terrible. The jambalaya came to the table looking like soup. The taste was Ok but not really good. We mentioned how I disliked it to the server. The manager (Jason) came to the table and tried to make amends but the damage was done. Even the complimentary crab cake did not help. To make things worse, the server (Mylene) made several snide comments about our experience. Will never go back!!More

We went there to have lunch because our two favorite restaurants were super busy. There were more than one thing that went down south while we were there. First, the order for drinks the waiter took while I was in the bathroom. When i came...back everyone in my family had a drink, but I didn’t. Ok. I ordered hot tea, and specified that i would like to have a fresh spring of mint and lemon slice. She brought a tea bag (mint) and the lemon slice on the cup as a garnish. I politely repeated my request and she said that she can’t do like i want. ( my son had a virgin mojito with a fresh mint). I returned it and asked for just hot water. The food was terrible. We ordered fish and chips. The fish was super oily (no crunchy at all) and fries were barely warm and soft. Yuck. The chicken nuggets were super dry and full of dry, flavorless coating. Another yuck. The waitress came a few times to check up on us, but was not ready to hear anything. Just to have a check mark that she was there. When we were done with our food she said that kids meals come with sorbet. She did not inform us about that before. During the payment process … she voiced that the service fees are not included and we need to pay it separately in cash. Super rude. Overall, terrible experience. There are at least 3 great places to eat in 50 meters radius. Stay away!!! I really wish that the management will read this review and changes some or a lot of things.More

The service was really good - the staff checked in on us and made sure we were taken care of many times. The food was just ok nothing special - pub grub. Fish and chips pretty decent - again just ok for most items.

A nice little pub that is good for food or drinks. We arrived just prior to the rush and it filled up from empty to full in about 45 minutes. The service was very quick and we never had an empty drink. They did force...us to have some food at the table even though we were just looking for a drink.More

This restaurant did not have a good selection of dishes which is reason for rating. However limited I did find the ribs to be very good but thought prices were a little high in comparison to other nearby eateries. I found the service to be...semi - quick and nice..More

We were so excited to try the Cajun food here based upon their online menu and reviews. Had to wait until Thursday as many restaurants were closed due to the pandemic. We arrived at 5:30pm to a completely empty restaurant. All others in the village...had lineups outside. We ordered drinks and viewed the online menu provided by the QR code at the table. It was night and day different than what was on their website. Totally changed and now offers American pub fare only (hamburgers and fish and chips). The wait staff was friendly and apologized, however, we left and had a great meal elsewhere. Very disappointing experience and I now understand why it was empty at dinnertime.More

We were seated outside, it was very chilly (didn’t give an option to sit inside) it took sometime for our food to come and when it did, it was cold. It wasn’t very good food. Maybe just a bad day, but the waiter also never...came back outside to take our food or give us the bill. We sat out there for about 30 mins after we finished. My husband finally went inside to look for him, he wasn’t too pleased (the waiter).More

We had great service. The 4 of us shared the drunken shrimp as an appetizer and it was excellent...could have used another one. I had fish with a side salad, both were really good. My hubby had the chicken and bacon mac 'cheese which was...also delicious. Our friends shared the very large steak and were quite happy. Tables were well spaced apart. Take your phone as the you need to scan to see the menu. Highly recommend.More

Very pleasantly surprised. We ordered the cajun berger and the macaroni and cheese with chicken and bacon (photos included). Both are recommended. I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure that my margarita was from scratch, and not the pre-made mix.
