Overall a pretty good French restaurant in Mont Tremblant, most dishes were very good ( still not as good as the good restaurants in Paris, French) but pretty good in Canada. We ordered appetizer of sweetbread and Acadian Smoked Sturgeon, bison and venison for main,...More

The entrées ranger from $15 to $17 about. The meals at $32 and up. The host was quite accommodating given the fact that my friends wanted a different option for the dessert instead of the one included in the four course meal. He also included...More

This is a very special restaurant. Three of us had the 4 course dinners and one ordered off the menu. Everything was delicious and very well presented. Portions were “right-sized” and the service was excellent. A very special dining experience.

We loved this restaurant, tucked away from the busy main street. We ordered the menu of the 4 services per person. The portions were perfect...human sizes. The food was fresh and the marriage of flavours played on ones palette. Our server Alex was very friendly...More

We had dinner at Seb in Mont Tremblant on a Sunday night in early August. Based on the reviews that we had read, we had high expectations. The restaurant is located just off the main street of what used to be called Saint Jovite. It...More

From the service to the food to the ambiance everything was just excellent. My husband ordered the 4 course meal and I ordered the steak. The amuse bouche was a gazpacho which I love, when I asked if I could order it as an appetizer...More

Picked this place for a date night and it didn't disappoint. There is a nice secluded table for 2 by the wine cellar that we snagged. Fantastic focaccia and gazpacho starters. Had the grilled octopus tostada (great) and Mac and Cheetos (fun but only ok)...More

Description
For Chef Sébastien Houle, cuisine is an international adventure. Beyond trends and "what's new", it's a controlled science where creativity is drawn from experiences on every continent. If travels form youth, in sEb's case they created a high-flying chef who brought together flavours from all latitudes. A traveller to the ends of the world, sEb lived for years as a sea wolf travelling from port to port, an exile traversing the planet, shaping his own unique culinary vision. The result is a sublime mingling of flavours from Europe, Asia, the Caribbean and Australia which marry with and recreate a very specific Québec culture that pays considerable attention to the perfection of handcrafted products. Chef sEb reflects the nature of his contemporaries: thanks to his unfailing curiosity, he obtains his inspiration from the flavours of international markets, from local producers, from the international gastronomic elite and from traditional home cooking.
