We spent one night in Wawa on our drive through Ontario. We went to the Embassy based on the reviewa from trip advisor. The restaurant isn't much to look at but the food was excellent (especially the home made bread) and the service was fast and the.lady was very friendly. There was plenty of food for the price we paid.... More

Family hike ended in Wawa and we went for our meals at Embassy. The service was great! Server was very friendly and hospitable. Food was good. The clubhouses were delicious. The buns on the burgers were a little over toasted. Fries a little too done as well. But overall, it was a good visit!

If you're in Wawa and need a meal, go to the Embassy Restaurant. Service is fast, clean, friendly. You get a decent meal for a reasonable price. Don't stay in Wawa, there's not much here. Go on to White River, Continental Motel.

Stopped in for breakfast prior to flying out for 5 days of fishing. Not a 5 Star or Cor Don Blue establishment, but good food. Typical dinner and Canadian food in small town Canada. Breakfast portions are large, hot and fast. Wait staff was accommodating with separate checks for a large group. Eggs over easy, home fries, fried Bologna, and... More

We always go back to the Embassy while visiting Wawa. Good, friendly service. Meals are good but nothing fancy. The best part is their homemade bread.

Small town average breakfast. We had eggs Benedict. Just average...however, the service was great and the local people very friendly.

We ate at the Embassy a couple of evenings. It is dated but the food is good and so was the service.

Eating a meal at the Embassy Restaurant & Tavern is like taking a step back in time. It feels like the 1950's or the 1960's with much of the decor. Heck, it seems that downtown Wawa is still stuck in the past, so it fits right in. The greasy spoon feel is nice, the food was pretty good. I had... More
