We drive 20 mins to come eat here and love it...Nothing comes in a pre-frozen boxed meal that they just heat up like alot of places. Luv the food have the muck fries! Atmosphere is great friendly staff!

This was our second time eating here. Last time was 3 years ago. We like the venue. It's different. Feels intimate as it is not too big a restaurant. The downside is it is very busy and they do not take reservations. This time they took our phone number so we could go leave if we wanted to. So we... More

This restaurant has loads of atmosphere in a casual dining environment. There is a large outdoor patio which is always full during the summer. The menu is varied and the food portions are generous and reasonably priced. My choice on the night was the Rails to Trails (grilled chicken on a ciabatta bun with salad) and my wife had the... I had my favorite, spaghetti balls and meat sauce, and was not disappointed. However, part of any great meal, everyone should also have a good experience. This was happened, unfortunately, and for what sounded like it would a memorable meal, the Watermelon Salad. There was watermelon in the salad definitely, but why the cook loaded it with black pepper is... More

This place rocks. They have an extensive tasty menu. They have really great service. They have an extended selection of cold beer to choose from. They have an awesome patio in a prime location at the center of Kimberley's platzl. Everything is going for this place. If you visit Kimberley, this is the place to go. I wouldn't call it... More

Went with friends, had to wait at another pub because it was packed and they don't take reservations. Food was ok but not worth the wait. Loud and hard to talk to friends. Not interested in going back anytime soon.

Description
Pedal & Tap came out of a communal need. A need for social interaction without distraction. A need for quality food and drink sourced responsibly. An early mandate to eschew the standard big screen TVs, and encourage face to face conversations, has filled the space with music-drowning chatter from day one. No one misses the TVs. Pedal & Tap has been recognized for offering a unique dining experience. At one table you'll see a group of silver haired foxes, another will be a group of ladies out for a hen party, and the rest of the tables might be filled with muddy mountain bikers, tree planters, young families and their children and high school kids and their friends. No one feels out of place and everyone has a great time. Pedal has been recognized in numerous magazines, in 2013 it received the FOOD & BEVERAGE INDUSTRY EXCELLENCE award and the BUSINESS OF THE YEAR as offered by the Chamber of Commerce. In 2014 Pedal & Tap was featured on the FOOD NETWORK program YOU GOTTA EAT HERE.
