We had been there a year ago and had been very happy with our meals. This time was very disappointing. Pizza crust was black burned on most of the crust. The veal with mushrooms sauce was tasteless,. The veal was overly cooked, boiled/flooded in a...thick flour sauce. All tasted like a reheated meal. Service was average, borderline rude. Big disappointment!More

You really get your moneys worth with the portions. We made the mistake to order the family portion of calamari, they were amazing but too much for 2 people so much that I cancelled my pizza! My husband had bolognese and enjoyed it. Mojito was...yummyMore

We had made reservations and the place filled up quickly. The food was great and so was the service. However, the tables were closwe together and made the place a bit noisy but the quality of the food made up for it.

We just left Alessa and can’t say enough about it. The atmosphere, decor, and design of this place is amazing. Our server and wait staff were super attentive and extremely friendly. The whole experience was an absolute joy. Fresh, hot and big portions, three of...us left with take home containers. This was our last stop on our way home to Ontario from two weeks out east. I am really writing this for management. The food is very good and the service was excellent. The only problem is with the atmosphere, which a simple dimmer could easily fix. Please turn the lights down. It feels like having dinner in a school cafeteria.

Pizzas were good! We don’t recommend the meats or the pastas though. A bit pricey for what it is. If you go to this restaurant, I recommend sticking to pizza.

Had wonderful supper at Alessa Trattoria. Started with Arancini which was perfectly fried. We also tried the veal scalloped, and two pizzas. The crust was amazing! Will definitely be back to sample rest of the menu.

Very rude personnel. Horrible experience. As soon soon the waitress (the woman with blue/green tatu) found out that we were immigrants talked in a very rude manner with us. We were all vaccinated and had the proof and an ID card with us, but she...lied that the barcode for my 80 year old father was not working. We took our 11 and 13 year old for a late seating . We ordered calamari , mussels Cesar salad and focaccia bread to start all were delicious but I highly recommend the muscles and the Caesar salad . Our mains of pasta and pizza...were delicious too. Restaurant was welcoming and the service was excellent. We would love the BBC opportunity to come again.More

Waitress was amazing she gave us the tips We had salads mista, pizza alessa and pasta orecchiette. Seriously all we’re so good!! Bookings a must House wine was lovely

I like the fact that one must make reservations. It can get quite noisy but the food is delicious, the service impeccable and all were bilingual. Grazie mille!

Excellent Italian Food, Amazing service. The food was delicious, veal, pasta and Pizza everything was exceptional. Highly recommended, on of the best Italian restaurants in a long time.
