In late March we celebrated my daughters wedding at this restaurant. The wedding ceremony was held outside with spectacular views in the background. The reception was held in the main restaurant and was easily big enough to accommodate the wedding party and guests. The food...was wonderful and the staff magnificent. The only way to or from the restaurant (unless you ski down) is by gondola which takes about 15 minutes from the base. Definitely worth consideration if you want a great, private location for a wedding .More

The view while having lunch here was spectacular. You take a gondola ride to the top and it was amazing. The food and staff are excellent too. It’s a must go to!

The gondola ride to get her is fantastic 15 mins. Views stunning. We just had good coffee and nice wine. And watched the wedding on the balcony. Worth a visit for the fabulous views and a relaxed dining room with good staff. Lots of mountain...bikers don’t the trailsMore

Excellent lunch and dinner spot at the top of the Kicking Horse resort mountain. Staff were excellent and fast considering the covid restrictions. A little expensive but excellent food, drinks and views!

Food was good, fun way to get to this restaurant! But the price of gondola was high ( $ 48.50 per person )

First the negatives : In order to get to the restaurant you have to take the Gondola up the mountain. Fair , and also fair that there is some reasonable charge. However, in order for our group of four to get to the restaurant the...charge was over $ 150 . This is a rip off. Nowhere does management of Eagle Eye point this out to potential customers. In fact we were led to believe we would get a part of the funds reimbursed. Wrongo! In any event , not professional or customer centric. Now the positives : Lunch was very nice and the views are spectacular , and we even saw a bear! Truffle Fries were very good and so was a Calamari appetizer. The Burger was served on a nice Brioche bun and had excellent toppings. A side salad was also very nice. Beer was cold. So if you can stomach the Gondola cost , lunch is worth it.More

Eeserved for 2 and missed the reservation. Made recommendation to post Mountain Time Zone in their website to the host to assist with out of town traveler. The host was so rude! Really bad customer experience especially driving 3 hours.

We are so fortunate to have this place just few minutes gondola ride away from home. Atmosphere was relaxed and cosy, waiter (Neil) was truly professional, food was well prepared and tasty.

We spoke to the guest services the morning of our 2 pm reso and were assured we could purchase sight seeing passes before our late lunch. No specific instructions we’re given on when we should be there or what might happen if we couldn’t get...sight seeing’s passes. I had even asked the person if there was a limited number of sight seeing passes and was told no. When we went to purchase the passes that afternoon we were denied, told we would need to wait 40 minutes, miss our reso or else have to pay $107/each person to be able to get up to the restaurant. This is RIDICULOUSLY poor service, no where on the website is there *clear* rules or protocols on how to access the restaurant. Needless to say, we didn’t get to experience what we have heard to be an amazing experienceMore

After a very hard hike, we had a delicious meal there. Glorious Mountain View!! It’s a bit expensive, but worth it.

We spent some time looking around at the bottom and the views at the top are great so allow plenty of time. If you are running late then a half hour should be good enough and marvel at the views afterwards.
