Our first time to Rel-ish as we were from out of town. Went with a couple of locals. Not overly large, maybe seats 40 or so. Music was at a comfortable level. The lone server was efficient. The Beet Salads had perhaps a bit too much dressing, the prawn appie and the yam fries were excellent and made great starters.... More

True story- two weeks ago- I had a bowl of soup $7.75. Gave the waitress a $20 and asked me if I wanted change? (Really?!) YES, I do! Do you know what she brought me back? $3! I told her, Sorry, I gave you a twenty... I'll take another $5. (Which is STILL a $5 tip on a $7.75 bowl... More

As seen in the title, the Mayan Burger is freaking great. It has corn, avocado, and some bomb chipotle mayo on it. By far the best burger I've ever had. They have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages and their waitressing game is super strong. I would TOTALLY come back here

Sit at the bar when alone. I have eaten here twice and have sat at the bar and watched the kitchen action the whole time. Excellent experience watching each dish individually prepped and made by a cohesive team.

It was a snowy cold day and I stopped in at Relish for lunch. I had the Thai Coconut soup - delicious! Highly recommend this place.

I'd visit every other restaurant in Nelson before you go to this one. The service is poor, the food is bad and the atmosphere is lame. Even if it was free I wouldn't go back here.

Our favourite dish that brings us back time after time is the goat cheese stuffed prawns but we have never had a meal we didn't "relish" at this restaurant.

Rel-ish is usually busy and is not a big spot but I have never been disappointed with the food or service. Good variety of appies and mains, not cheap but worth the price for a delicious meal.

I was staying in Balfour, BC, so I decided to grab take-out in Nelson on the way. I chose Rel-ish because it had good reviews and I was really craving a good burger and yam fries, and it definitely delivered. The service was warm and friendly, and the food was great, even though I ate it cold--I especially liked the... More

Excellent lunch spot for the entire family. Very nice, but relaxing environment and all of the meals we ordered were delicious. The sandwiches and soups were all outstanding and the kids menu offered much nicer options than the standard chicken fingers and mac n cheese. The entire family really enjoyed it.
