The restaurant was busy, but offered great service and the food quality was excellent. Had a nice children's menu as well

Our server was a great guy but there was some kind of a screw up and the wait time for our lunch was horrendous. He did give us a free appetizer for our next visit but it's a good thing we were not in a hurry or we would have been furious. As always, the food was great. This has... More

The food here is not good. Overly greasy and tasteless. For a chain restaurant this one really needs an evaluation. Service was slow and the waitress had no personality/ When we requested refills on our beverages she actually sighed and we never received the refill. The prices are outrageous for the quality of the food.

Looks like this restaurant is fairly new...it's probably the biggest Kelsey's that I have ever been to ...it's an open concept with high ceilings...lots of booths, tables, bar stools etc..very clean and very friendly staff. We had the chicken wings and the chicken Caesar salad...very good!

We went to Kelsey's as we had a coupon book that we got when we bought a gift card at Christmas. The server told us that there were restrictions with using the coupon that weren't listed, but we muddled through. I had the fish and chip lunch special and my husband had a double burger promotion that included fries, a... More

It was 'Boxing Day' and not many restaurants were open. Kelsey's was down the street from our hotel. What a delight. The waitress we had was very friendly and made sure our every need was met. The wings were delivered as promised, hot and dusted with medium sauce. The double cheeseburger was too much but was able to finish it... More

Food was ok, but nothing to write home about. Not much of a selection on the menu. I didn't know they had changed everything

We had a prearranged dinner with our hockey team. Service was extremely slow as there was a single server for a group of 40 who was also responsible to serve other sections of the restaurant. When the issues were raised with the greeter as he manager seemed to be unavailable, nothing was done....never again.
