Great breakfast spot. They have the best veggie omlette ever!! It's rare to get REAL breakfast potatoes made from boiled potatoes that are browned on a flat top. This place has them!!! Highly, highly recommend breakfast at Duncan's.

We ordered the Portobello and the Western omelets for takeout due to the lockdown. The ratio of eggs to cheese to veggies to ham was perfect. We can't forget the homefries which were also super tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would...definitely recommend this restaurant to friends visiting the area.More

We ate lunch at Duncan's Cafe for the first time and every aspect of our experience was exceptional! We loved the decor and the original local artwork. The service was welcoming and attentive at all the right times. The cafe followed safe protocols for Covid...19. The food we ordered was incredible! The Blackened Salmon Loin Grilled Wrap (nice and warm on a cold day) had an amazing blend of taste sensations... The generous boursin cheese melted with the fresh baby spinach, the salmon was grilled to perfection (tender inside, not dry), the dill sauce highlighted the salmon, and the tomatoes gave it nice contrasting zest. Ordered the side salad with their homemade citrus ginger dressing- a great compliment to the salmon. Lots of veggies on the salad. The other meal was the Chicken and Leeks Crepes. Again, the meat was tender, the sauce was delicate yet complex in flavour, and the Caesar salad delicious. We had read many positive Trip Advisor reviews, and the experience still exceeded our expectations. What a gem! Can't wait to return to try the other enticing offerings on the menu!More

Stopped for lunch and really enjoyed the cream of mushroom soup and shaved beef sandwich. Gravy was slightly salty but still good. Chicken caesar salad was unexpectedly a little spicy which was fine for me but not the kids. Staff is friendly

A warm lunch on a chilly day. Their Mulligatawny soup (curried turkey) was outstanding, as was the three-cheese grilled cheese sandwich with roasted potatoes.

Attended here for breakfast and it was quick and so good. We ordered a combo plate with bacon. Boyfriend said it was good and I had an eggs Benedict, the hollandaise sauce was delicious and wasn’t too salty. Only side thing, we got OJ and...it was a small bottle of Oasis OJ and it cost $4.25 which is very steep for just the small bottle of that. Just be mindful of that when orderingMore

Just came from Scandinave Spa and had the shaved beef for lunch. The beef satisfied my soul in a way that even the hot waters couldn’t. Great service, great food - thanks Viki!

I have been coming to Duncan's for breakfast for many years and this spot is the #1 breakfast location in Collingwood. The business usually is at full capacity with many happy faces dining within. There is a large and diverse breakfast menus with items ranging...from a classic bacon and egg breakfast to eggs Benedict with a delicious hollandaise sauce. The service is prompt and attentive. When you leave, don't forget to buy a jug of pre-made soup. Their Mushroom soup is arguably the best on the planet.More
