This is beautiful ambiance with ultra high ceilings - a great location in the heart of downtown Collingwood. The menu is varied with prices not unreasonable for a steakhouse. Quality is very good and cocktail list is extensive. Absolutely gorgeous bar area. I have been...many times and I always come when I visit the town of Callingwood. Callingwood is lucky to have an upscale steakhouse like this!More

Fabulous Vege Burger complete with a corn relish - there was a little bite to the spice of the burger, but enough I could tolerate. I had sweet potato fries which were lightly dusted with some seasoning making them the best ones I've had in...a long time. We had take out due to COVID restrictions, but the service was quick and quality of the food was great!More

Visited on Saturday for lunch. The service was great, as was the food. We liked the layout and the Covid preparations made us feel at ease.

Came here last night to celebrate our first anniversary as we had eaten here one year ago with family for small wedding dinner in the vault room. Very disappointed in service and should have walked out the second we were “dropped” at our table! The...hostess literally dropped the menus on the table, never turned around and kept walking saying something but I think that was towards the servers standing in near the cash area! The waitress came, didnt introduce herself and dropped off waters and walked away. She came back shortly after asking if we would like drinks but we said we needed a few more minutes to decide. Ordered, all was normal she drops plates down and so we thought oh we are getting some roles/buns as in the past. When asked she said, “no we dont do that anymore” she then said, “I can bring you pita though”. Sure that would be great, thanks. When she brought the pita it was burnt and she then asks us if we would like butter.we were thinking well does anyone eat dry, burnt pita. Throughout the course of the meal, instead of filling our waters that were empty or asking if we would like another drink (wine) she kept over by the cash area chatting with the others servers and just looking over at us like we were an imposition. During this time of COVID 19 one would think the few customers would be treated extra specially or at least with courtesy. Very disappointed; the food was good but the service ruined our meal and anniversary dinner. We will never return again nor will I refer this place to anyone!More

Impromptu dinner and drinks. Dinner was great, so were the drinks. Service was great. Waitress even added another slider to our dinner did so that we could all have one to try. Things like that make us want to come back and we always do....Good job ladies!More

My family dined here and was very impressed with the service, atmosphere and food. We spontaneously decided to pop in here for dinner and luckily there was a large booth available to the right side of the bar that was open. I would recommend this...booth for families as you have a little more separation from other guests while you dine. The menu was vast and each person enjoyed their meal immensely. There were lots of "yum, mmmm, this is good" happening while we ate. I rarely get steak from a restaurant that's not a steakhouse but trusted my gut and ordered the rib steak. The gamble paid off. This might be one of the best non-steak house steaks I've had. The tables and lighting create an intimate atmopshere. The staff is dressed in uniform and present as experienced and professional. The interior design is appealing and comfortable. I liked being here for all these above mentioned reasons. We have told others about Prime Seven Nine and expect to return. I would say although we brought our kids including 2 three year olds and the staff was very accommodating, this place is bettered suited for adult dining. Enjoy.More

Went with my friends. We were immediately turned off by our young server who proudly announced that she doesn’t care about masks. Glad she wore one to do her job, as she is obviously not practising safely in the world outside of work. Food was...mixed. One of us really enjoyed her meal (lettuce wraps) and the other two were not satisfied. The other friend got the salad special. She said it tasted good but the greens were drowning in too much dressing.More

Had lunch on the patio at Prime Seven Nine. Not the nicest patio view that you’ll find but the food and service was very good. Certainly not the cheapest place to eat... but reasonable. Would try again.
