I've only been for latte's or the odd triple espresso, but they make it delicious and always with a smile.

Truly enjoyed the special menu Valentine's dinner at Beans Bistro. Rob and staff were efficient and attentive. Meal was excellent (we each had the spaghetti - with ample yummy meatballs). Wine selection small but varied. Ambiance pleasant. We are looking forward to a return for another evening meal.

Beans is Kincardine's only downtown privately owned coffee shop and Bistro. It serves delightful breakfasts and lunches to compliment it's gourmet free trade coffee. It has recently opened its doors for dinner reservations as well. The dinner atmosphere is warm and inviting with soft lighting and background music. Tables are tastefully decorated and include cloth table cloths. Beans is fully... More

We dropped in for coffee and came back for dinner. Very simple meal of grilled fish, broccoli and rice (or mashed potatoes for me). Very well cooked and attractively served. The cheesecake dessert was excellent. Charming room, with lots of character, squashy couch and shelves of used books for sale. A very nice change from the usual coffee bar. The... More

The outside of the building might be very inviting...it put me off...but once inside, the place is cozy, lots of nice seating, view of the lake, and great service and coffee. Have only had the coffee, but hear the food is good too. Will have to try is sometime soon.

The coffee choices are many. Not at all a fancy place, more hippy chic if there is such a thing. View of the lake from the rear windows. The cold green tea was served with a teabag in a glass of ice water and steeped at the table. Not too impressive. It also goes by the name Books and Beans.

Local gem a nice spot to chill out either sitting inside or on one of the beniches outside. Nice choice of coffees or teas and snacks There are windows in the back with a good view of the lake. Nice spot

Nice atmosphere and excellent coffee options. They offer a lunch menu as well. Large seating areas and a few outdoor seats.

Neat little place on a convenient strip of town. Didn't expect a hipster cafe to be in a town like this but was pleasantly surprised to find one. They offer a quiet place to study while you sip a coffee, or a separate area to enjoy a lunch. The menu items are pricier ranging from 7-12 dollars and contain very... More

We had a very nice lunch. The location is really nice and the service was fine. A mixup with my order happened but server fully apologized and included a free coffee card. Food was tasty and fresh. I really like the atmosphere in this place! Unfortunately, if you are a coffee lover as I am, then you will find the... More
