This is a great little place for breakfast It is located in downtown Kitchener, not a very big place but you know what they say good things come in small packages, If your out and about this summer why not try Slices out, the cost is average but the food is great.,

We visit Kitchener today, and we take the special breakfast in this store. Fresh, taste good, and cheap. Both of us like it very much.

I visited on my lunch break last week and since I only get half an hour for lunch I went around 1:00 pm and there were only a few people in there so the order came fast and was still hot which is always a bonus. Food is reasonably priced and they have a fairly large cafeteria type menu with... More

I hear people talk about the breakfasts here, and the TA reviews for breakfast are generally pretty good. So, of course, I decided to stop in for lunch today. Meh. I had the pulled pork BBQ sandwich and french fries. Neither of them was very good at all. My lunch friend had the pork schnitzel sandwich and she thought it... More

Friendly staff serve a pretty decent brunch, slightly greasy and the home fries not much to rave about, but on the whole good value for money!

We go here at least twice a month for breakfast. Made fresh to order and real potatoes, not frozen deep fried cardboard that most places serve for breakfast. Lunch was OK, soup was a large bowl but not much flavour. Nice family atmosphere.

There isn't much open on a Sunday morning downtown. Stopped in for bacon and eggs while visiting th its. Was a bit taken back at the line up and order sit down wait till your orders called go get your food system. But it didn't effect the quality. You get a good size meal, and it tasted good. I felt... I was walking around downtown on my first visit to Kitchener looking for a place to eat, when suddenly my blood sugar dropped and I knew to eat now. I was closest to this restaurant and it looked like a classic hometown diner. My experience has been that sometimes these places are hidden gems. I would call this one a... More

A classic greasy spoon restaurant. The cook did a good job with what she had, but the quality of the ingredients was not that great. The veggie soup looked to be made with canned veggies with a few hand-cut carrot slices added, however it was quite tasty. The roll for philly cheestake sub was very good -- very fresh and... More
