Went with a group for lunch a few weeks ago. The coffee served was cold so it was sent back. Took ages for the food to be served (it wasn't very busy). I ordered the sandwich and soup combo, as did others, both were cold...and would've been much nicer if they'd been warmer - didn't send back as I didn't have the time to. Others who ordered the burgers said they were very good so I definitely made the wrong choice! The music was very loud which made conversation a little difficult too.More

Had a nice time with the family, food good, service lovely until I double checked my bill (after stupidly paying) to find they upsold my kids adult sized burger to two patties without asking. When asked about it she said they always do that. Wow,...then what's the point of having a basic price? My 10 yr old doesn't need two patties. She hesitantly mentioned the manager and apologized but it should have been automatic. I should have been comped for it without hesitation. I've worked in the industry for years when younger and wouldn't dream of doing it without asking. Just another way to get a few bucks I guess. Will pass this info on to others in town so they know to look out for this nonsense.More

Good morning Sylvia. Could you please contact me at the restaurant at 705 526 2784. I would like some further clarification into this if you would be so kind.
Went for a single night in Midland and had dinner at the local Kelsey's.
The food was fine and the service was good, even if they where busy.
I had the Kelsey's Wings in New York style in the hot variant, and they where fine.

Hey there, thank you for taking the time to join us to dine during your night in town!
Started with the hot spinach & pita appetizer which was very good.
I also enjoyed the broccoli and cheddar soup . It was hot and had lots of broccoli.
Hubby had the buffalo chicken fingers & fries. He said the fingers were good...but fries were underdone.
Service was good.More

The spinach dip is definitely one of our favourites and you can never go...More
This is a chain restaurant serving average food. I had the sirloin with Creemore mushroom sauce and regret ordering the sauce — gummy and sweet — but the steak was cooked to order and OK in flavour if a bit underseasoned. My dining partner had...the green curry shrimp bowl and could not taste any green curry. On the positive side, the margaritas were delicious and the staff were friendly and efficient.More

Relatively busy inside which was reassuring, service was quick and the waiter was polite.
I had the ribs and chicken wings- wings were really good, but the ribs were a bit dry and weren’t very flavoursome.
Would definitely still recommend as one of the places...to visit around Midlands.More
