Service was slow, food was okay. Please note that if ordering to eat in food and drinks they do not use porcelain cups or bowls. They do not ask if you are eating in or taking out. Everything gets put into bags.

I've been here several times in the past. There's a Wendy's on the left and the Tim Horton's is on the right in the same building. Sometimes there are long lines. Ah well.

Don't know why people 'love' Tim Hortons, found the place gloomy and uninspiring to say the least - people having to stand and drink coffee/eat cake - very average and unless desperate - well find somewhere else.

We have been to this Tim Hortons and have actually left before being served in both the drive thru and in store because the service was so slow and in consistent. The last time we were in Canmore we decided to give it one more chance as it was closer to our hotel than Starbucks. All I can say is... More

The drive thru was quick. The price was about ten cents more than Ontario. My husband loves Tim Horton coffee. The location was perfect. Close to our hotel.

No trip to Canada is complete without a visit to a TIM HORTON doughnut shop! Since the shop in Banff had a line out the door we stopped at the one in Canmore just off the interstate. A great way to end a week long visit to Banff...cup of coffee and a honey dipped doughnut!

I had a bad experience with the woman who took my order at the drive thru, she is a filipina i believed. I requested for 2 French vanilla with quarter of coffee for both. Then the white slim guy at the window repeated what i ordered and said 2 French vanilla with half water.? She called the Filipina crew and... More

Yes, like most restaurants in this area also this one is understaffed. Open from 6 AM till 9 PM. We ordered two oatmeals couple timbits, two coffee and a strawberry shake (coffee and shake medium size). Around $ 13-14. Which is very reasonable. Because i pronounced myself wrong they put two apple-fritters, instead of apple-fritter timbits in a bag. Was... More

Slowest drive-thru you will ever use. I find myself in Canmore about once a month and usually stop for a cup of coffee and almost always regret doing so because it takes so long to be served. I have tried going inside and have waited just as long to be served. You say, well they must have been super busy!... More

I waited in line for over ten minutes to get a double double. Should have left and gone through drive-thru like several others did. Girl taking the orders mixed up the guy in front of me order. He asked for clam chowder and she heard ham and cheddar. That took an awful long time to rectify. There was an abundance... More
